Welcome to the most unique rental center in the real estate industry.
This is the only place where you can rent or invest in a neighbor’s off market or pre market rental homes, by yourself or with local partners, with or without an agent. That’s because we’ve created a unique rental exchange that connects locals and simplifies the whole real estate transaction process.

Tenants
We have a community of investors and a list of off market or upcoming homes available for rent. This includes rent shares, self contained basements, rent-to-owns and even house sitting.
Landlords
We help owners and investors connect with local investment deals and local renters. This includes tenants who want to buy your home but may need a little time to get qualified for a home loan.
Airbnb
Your home may qualify as a short-term rental and can be rented on Airbnb or one of the other short-term rental platforms. Each town and county has its own rules that you need to know and can not be broken.
Invest
Both tenants and landlords need to understand the investment opportunities in the local market.
Real Estate Is Local
Whatever You Need, We Probably Already Have It!
We spend all our time and resources learning everything we can about the local housing and real estate market.
It can get really complicated keeping up with zoning regulations, rental restrictions and even HOA rules.
The good news is that if you need an investment property, an office or place to live or have a local housing question, we probably already have what you’re looking for!
The rental exchange has been set up to share the people, information and resources you need to rent or lease a local home, retail or commercial property.

How Do You Work With Tenants?
We love working with tenants and hope to build a long-term relationship that includes helping you buy your own home. This can include working with the landlord to buy your rental or using a creative structure to get you qualified for a home loan.
What About An Investment Property?
We can also help you find an investment property, including homes not listed on the MLS and unconventional deals like rent-to-owns and homes that qualify as Airbnb rentals.
Do You Have Off Market Rentals?
Yes, we buy homes and work with investors and always have a list of upcoming rentals. Every rental home needs a renter so we make sure that we keep an active list of investors and renters and help them connect long before a property is advertised for rent.
Is There a Fee?
There’s no fee to register as a tenant or landlord.
